Who We Are

EPRfinder (eprfinder.com) publishes an independent directory of packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) service providers and offers an RFQ matchmaking service. For privacy questions, contact hello@eprfinder.com.

Browsing the Directory

Browsing EPRfinder requires no account. We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record IP addresses for security and operational purposes. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — see the Analytics section below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with EPRfinder — pages viewed, time on site, referral source, and general device and browser information. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that persist for up to 2 years. Google may process this data on servers outside your country. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

RFQ Briefs

When you submit an RFQ brief, we collect the company name, contact email, website URL (optional), operating states, packaging materials, and the type of support you are looking for. Briefs are stored in our database (Appwrite Cloud) and are accessible only to the EPRfinder team. They are never published, and we do not sell or share your contact information with providers without your consent. Briefs are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then deleted.

Spam Protection

To keep automated abuse out of the RFQ form, submissions are verified with Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes limited browser signals and your IP address to distinguish people from bots, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We also apply a submission rate limit; for this we store a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address alongside the brief — never the IP address itself.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to sourcing requests, route briefs to matching providers when you ask us to, improve provider matching, maintain directory quality, and operate the site. We do not sell RFQ contact information.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@eprfinder.com. Listed providers may likewise request corrections or removal of their listing.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes — for example, adding analytics or changing how RFQ briefs are stored — we will update this page and revise the date above before the change takes effect.
