Plastic Pollution and Recycling Modernization Act
The Oregon EPR law (SB 582) requires Oregon producers of covered packaging and food service products to join a PRO, fund collection and recycling infrastructure statewide, and meet recyclability labeling requirements. Oregon DEQ administers the program.
